Dr. Thanawit Bunsit

Dr. THANAWIT BUNSIT is currently Head of Economics Department and the Director of Studies for Bachelor of Economics programme at Thaksin University, Songkhla Campus, Thailand. Before beginning his PhD, he worked as an economist at Public Debt Management Office, Ministry of Finance, Thailand. He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Bath, United Kingdom. His research interests are in the field of development economics such as microfinance and wellbeing, tourism and agribusiness for local development.

These high impact accomplishments made him to be honored with Honorary Fellow of ARSVOT.
